- Event Management
- CMDB implementation, governance,and maintenance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills




- Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOMsolutions

Good to Have

- Vulnerability Response (VR)
- ServiceNow Security Operations experience

Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred
