What the Role Involves

- Hold a Certificate III in Automotive Technology
n
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an automotive technician is required.
n
- Be hands-on: get stuck into vehicle servicing, repairs, tyre fitting.
n
- Assist job scheduling, part orders and smooth workflow within the workshop.
n
- Communicate clearly with customers — build rapport, answer questions, keep them updated.




n
- Maintain a safe, clean and compliant working environment.
n
- Previous experience or licence as an AIS examiner is a must.
n
- A strong focus on customer service and relationship-building within the workshop and the community.
