Ray White Unanderra is seeking a dedicated and experiencedProperty Managerto join our agency. This is afull-time positionMonday to Friday, that plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of properties within our portfolio. As a Property Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and property maintenance to ensure optimal tenant satisfaction and property performance.

Key responsibilities

- Managing day-to-day operations of residential properties, including tenant communications and dispute resolution
n
- Conducting property inspections and coordinating maintenance and repair works to keep properties in excellent condition
n
- Management of rental payments and managing financial records related to properties under management
n
- Addressing tenant complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
n
- Maintaining comprehensive property records and documentation
n
- Liaising with contractors, tradespeople and service providers to ensure quality workmanship
n
- Ensuring compliance with relevant housing and property management regulations and legislation
n
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

What we're looking for

n

n




- Proven experience as a Property Manager in the residential leasing and property management sector, preferably with 3+ years' experience
n
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in New South Wales, including the Residential Tenancies Act
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors
n
- Proficiency in Property Tree, Inspection Manager and FLK it Over but not essential.
n
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
n
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
n
- Current driver's licence and motor vehicle
n
