Brunel is seeking an experienced Residential Drafter to join a well-established residential property and development business in inner Brisbane. You will prepare detailed documentation from concept through construction for volume homes, collaborating with design, construction and project teams.
You will work with Archicad, develop floor plans, elevations and sections, manage multiple projects and ensure drawings meet Australian building codes and project deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
