Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and general correspondence
Taking payments via cash and EFTPOS
Completing bookkeeping and accounting tasks using Xero
Accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
Liaising with customers regarding bookings, repairs and completed work
About you
Previous experience in bookkeeping, reception or administration
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Robust organisational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of light vehicles and common automotive terminology is preferred, but not essential
Previous automotive workshop experience will be highly regarded
