The role requires accountability for your own standards of care and for activities delegated to you, ensuring compliance with professional, regulatory, and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

- You will collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team, including Enrolled Nurses, Allied Health staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- As a Registered Nurse/Midwife in the casual pool, you will provide protected, effective, and evidence-based care across a variety of health service settings in Tumby Bay.
- You will also maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in supporting less experienced staff and students where required.

What you need

- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
- Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel.
