At Essential Network Solutions (ENS), you'll help coordinate electrical field technicians across Queensland and NSW, ensuring critical work is completed safely, efficiently and on time.

n

ENS provides metering and field services across Australia's electricity network, supporting major energy providers and delivering critical work throughout Queensland and New South Wales.

n

About the Role

n

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a key role in our operations team by:

n

n
- Coordinating daily schedules for field technicians
n
- Managing urgent jobs, schedule changes and shifting priorities
n
- Communicating with technicians, customers and internal stakeholders
n
- Building efficient work schedules and routes
n
- Monitoring job progress and resolving issues
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
n

This is not a typical administration role. You'll be trusted to make decisions, manage competing priorities and help keep our field operations running efficiently.

n





No two days are the same. Success in this role comes from staying organised, thinking ahead, and finding solutions when plans change.

What We're Looking For

n

You'll likely have:

n

n
- Experience in scheduling, coordination, dispatch, logistics or operations
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone
n
- The ability to prioritise competing demands
n
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
n
- A genuine team-first attitude
n

n

Experience in electrical contracting, utilities, metering or field services is highly regarded, but not essential.

n

Knowledge of electrical network terminology is a bonus.

n

A tertiary qualification is also highly regarded. We don't mind what discipline it's in. To us, it demonstrates commitment, critical thinking, problem-solving ability and the discipline to see something through.
