We're looking for an Account Manager to join our WA Government team and support a portfolio of government clients. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and delivering great customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with a portfolio of government clients
n
- Responding to client enquiries and providing timely support
n
- Assisting clients withreplacement programs
n
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer experience with vehicle quotes and orders.
n
- Preparing and discussing fleet reports with clients
n
- Identifying opportunities to help clients improve fleet performance and reduce costs
n
- Supporting the rollout of new products and services where appropriate
n
- Maintaining client information and activities within Salesforce
n
- Assisting with client meetings and account reviews
n

About You

n

You may already be working in account management, customer service, fleet administration, client services or a similar customer-focused role.

n

We're looking for someone who:

- Enjoys building strong customer relationships

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities
n
- Has strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
- Can work independently while also being a cooperative team member
n

Previous experience in fleet management, leasing, automotive, finance or a related industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
