Big Little Futures Early Learning Nowra is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator - Diploma (or working towards) - Responsible Person to join our thriving childcare centre. This is a full-time role based in Nowra, NSW 2541. You will play a vital part in providing high-quality care and learning experiences for our young learners.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
n
- Facilitate developmentally appropriate activities to support children's physical, social, emotional and cognitive development
n
- Observe, document and assess children's progress and development
n
- Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
n
- Ensure the learning environment is safe, secure and conducive to children's wellbeing
n
- Actively participate in continuous improvement and professional development
n
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to deliver exceptional care and education
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (working towards)
n
- Demonstrated experience as an Early Childhood Educator, preferably in a long day care setting
n




- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children and families
n
- Creative, innovative and adaptable approach to teaching and learning
n
- Passion for supporting the holistic development of young children
n
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and education
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications
n
- Working with Children Check (NSW)
n
- Able to work close shift (5.30pm) 5 days
n
