Performance Automotive Technician / Mechanic

TME is looking for a motivated Qualified Automotive Technician or 4th year apprentice to join our team. If you're passionate about performance, enjoy solving technical problems and want to build your skills beyond general servicing while taking pride in your work, we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

General servicing, repairs and major mechanical work

Engine and drivetrain replacements and performance upgrades

Suspension installation, setup and alignment and corner weighting

Diagnostics on petrol and diesel vehicles

Assisting with specialised work including vehicle tuning checks, loading and unloading of vehicles from dyno, manifold cleans etc

Maintaining a clean, organised and professional workshop

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Automotive Technician or 4th year Apprentice (Certificate III)

Robust mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Genuine passion for automotive engineering and willingness to learn

Manual drivers licence and your own tools

Good communication skills, reliability and positive attitude
