Warehouse Storeperson + Forklift Operator and Operations Role

We're a growing logistics company and are excited to be operating out of our brand-new warehouse in Brisbane. We're looking for an experienced 1 x Operations Personnel / Warehouse Operator to join our team on a Casual basis.

About the Role

n

As a key member of our Operations team you will start at 11 am and finish at 7 pm, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Supervise daily depot, warehouse, and freight operations.
n
- Support fleet utilisation, resource allocation, and workflow planning.
n
- Monitor delivery performance, service levels, and depot KPIs.
n
- Oversee sorting, loading, dispatch accuracy, and fleet coordination.
n
- Maintain depot safety, security, cleanliness, and equipment condition
n

n

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Safe and efficient forklift operation (incl. high reach)
n
- Loading/unloading trucks and containers
n
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
n
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping
n
- Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment
n

n





About You

n

We're looking for someone reliable, proactive, and safety-focused. To be successful, you'll have:

n

n
- A current and valid Forklift Licence
n
- Demonstrated experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment
n
- Previous experience in freight, logistics, or distribution
n
- A strong work ethic with attention to detail
n
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
n
- Good communication skills and commitment to workplace safety
n

- Casual (Dependent on Experience & qualifications), stable position with regular hours ~8am-4pm for warehouse and for Operations 11 am - 7 pm
