Are you looking to use your relationship building or corporate partnerships experience for an inspiring, values-led and impact driven not-for-profit?

Due to internal promotion, we are seeking a Corporate Partnerships Lead responsible for driving growth (through securing discretionary and tied funding, & grants), and building and nurturing creative corporate partnerships, to ensure sustainable support for this award-winning organisation's initiatives. The role would suit a creative and strategic partnerships professional with a minimum of 2 year's transferable experience or 2 years operating at partnerships coordinator level for a not-for-profit organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

n

- Collaborate with Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to deliver annual fundraising goals through development of innovative strategies for acquiring, managing and stewarding their corporate partner base.
n
- Develop and deliver donor communications, cases for support, presentation decks and grant submissions.
n
- Research and assess new corporate funding models.
n
- Manage a portfolio of corporate donors and partners across all aspects of the fundraising cycle.
n
- Work with corporate partners and Senior Manager to develop corporate engagement opportunities.
n
- Measure and report on impact of corporate partners, providing meaningful insights to partners.
n
- Develop and deliver engaging events and experiences for their corporate partners and donors.
n
- Develop strong relationships internally and externally, contributing to team and organisational initiatives.
n
- Represent SVA at meetings and events.
n
- Ensure effective data integrity to align with best practice
n
- Ability to travel nationally and attend events outside of standard office hours as required.
n

YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

n

n




- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, arts, social sciences and/or equivalent skilled experience in similar environment an advantage. Previous not for profit experience preferred.
n
- Two years of demonstrated experience business development/sales and strategic prospecting, relationship building and negotiation.
n
- Strategic thinking, and analytical skills and able to make data informed decisions.
n
- Successful track record in identifying, securing and stewarding corporate partnerships.
n
- Demonstrated success in developing proposals, grant writing and communications.
n
- Knowledge of corporate engagement and volunteering initiatives.
n
- Experience in event management highly regarded.
n
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to persuade, influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
n
- Demonstrated success in relationship management and revenue generation across various formats
n
- Ability to manage organisational objectives alongside partner priorities and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
n
- Adaptable, collaborative with a solutions-focus and learning mindset, open to feedback with an ability to work cross-culturally and form long-term relationships.
n
- Ability to think creatively and express complex ideas through tailored communications and events.
n
- Passion and commitment in working to further SVA's purpose
n
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, predominantly Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
