? The Role

As an Install Coordinator, you will:
- Manage installation calendars and schedule install-ready jobs
- Deliver high-quality phone support throughout the customer journey
- Become the primary point of contact for customers during installation
- Review job requirements and notes prior to booking
- Coordinate cancellations, rebookings, pre-site inspections and service calls
- Support the Grid Application and EWR teams where required
- Work closely with installers, contractors and internal departments
- Manage daily workflows and outstanding task lists
- Ensure all bookings meet both customer expectations and operational requirements

? About You





- Experience in scheduling, administration, dispatch, customer service or coordination
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A calm, solutions-focused approach when challenges arise
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Solar, energy, trades or construction industry experience highly regarded but not essential
- Looking for long-term career growth, not just another job
