NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Integration Technical Lead to provide technical leadership, development governance and platform ownership across a large-scale enterprise integration workplace. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving technical excellence across Boomi, Kafka, Managed File Transfer and API platforms while supporting solution delivery, platform optimisation, governance and complex production support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership across enterprise integration services.
- Lead development governance for Boomi integrations and API services.
- Own and optimise Kafka event-streaming services and platform capabilities.
- Govern deployment, release and runtime management activities.
- Lead complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and production escalations.
- Drive observability, monitoring, performance and reliability improvements.
- Mentor integration engineers and contribute to platform strategy and governance.

Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere and API Management.
- Deep knowledge of Confluent Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Axway MFT or similar enterprise file transfer platforms.
- Strong REST API design and integration expertise.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and technical governance activities.
- Strong troubleshooting and platform optimisation capabilities.
- Experience working within large enterprise integration environments.
