Your Role This position offers an opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a growing and progressive accounting firm. You will work closely with experienced professionals, develop strong technical foundations, and gradually take on greater responsibility managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
- Take lead in the preparation Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
- Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of entities
- Prepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations
- Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
- Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
- Help provide an exceptional service to our clients
- Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events

What You Bring

- 2+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice

- CA qualification or currently undertaking CA studies
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
- Experience with platforms such as MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooks, or the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- A genuine desire to grow into a senior role within a supportive and high-performing team
