We are looking for an Integrations & Solutions Manager to own new integrations from initial discovery through to development, testing and successful rollout.

About the RoleYou will be the link between our venue partners, technology suppliers and internal development team.

You will meet with venues and partners to understand their systems and operational requirements, review third-party APIs, and define how new integrations should work within the LevelEight platform.

You will translate commercial and operational needs into clear technical requirements, coordinate implementation with our Technical Leads and developers, and manage testing, onboarding and launch.

This is ideal for someone who combines technical understanding with robust communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills. You do not need to be a full-time software developer, but you must understand APIs, system integrations and data flows well enough to guide an integration from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with venues to understand their systems, workflows and integration requirements.
- Build strong working relationships with venue teams, technology suppliers and integration partners.
- Review API documentation, webhooks, authentication methods and data structures.
- Obtain the documentation, credentials, sandbox access and technical support required for implementation.
- Map how data and user activity will flow between LevelEight and external systems.
- Translate venue and partner requirements into user stories, process maps, specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Work with Technical Leads to assess feasibility and determine the appropriate engineering approach.
- Coordinate integration delivery with the Project Manager, developers, suppliers and venues.
- Manage dependencies, risks, changing requirements and implementation blockers.
- Develop test plans and coordinate internal, supplier and venue acceptance testing.




- Validate expected workflows, data accuracy, error handling and failure scenarios.
- Coordinate venue onboarding, configuration, deployment and go-live activities.
- Monitor integrations following launch and coordinate issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate integration, supplier and support documentation.
- Identify ways to make future integrations faster, more reliable and reusable.
- Provide input into LevelEight’s product and integration roadmap.

About YouYou are comfortable moving between conversations with venue operators, external suppliers and software developers. You ask detailed questions, identify gaps early and take ownership of delivering a successful outcome.

You can understand technical documentation while also explaining complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. You are commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable working in a growing company where priorities can change.

Essential Experience

- Experience delivering software integrations, technical implementations or digital products.
- Practical knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication and system-to-system data exchange.
- Ability to read and assess API and technical documentation.
- Experience gathering requirements from customers and operational stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear instructions for developers.
- Experience coordinating work across customers, suppliers and technical teams.
- Strong project ownership, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage several integrations and competing priorities at once.

Desirable Experience
- Experience with venue, hospitality, ticketing, booking, point-of-sale or payment technology.
- Experience in a SaaS, platform or technology start-up.
- Familiarity with Postman or similar API-testing tools.




- Understanding of JSON, OAuth and webhook-based integrations.
- Experience producing process maps, user stories or data-flow diagrams.
- Familiarity with project-delivery platforms such as Jira, Linear, Monday.com or ClickUp.
- Basic experience using SQL, system logs or other troubleshooting tools.
- Previous experience in solutions consulting, implementation management, technical business analysis, technical account management or product management.

- Developers receive complete and technically sound requirements.
- New integrations launch with minimal delays and rework.
- Venues and suppliers remain informed and supported throughout implementation.
- Risks and technical limitations are identified early.
- Integrations are reliable, scalable and properly documented.
- LevelEight develops a repeatable process for onboarding suppliers and launching integrations across multiple venues.
