About You

Our ideal candidate is an energetic accountant with 2-3 years' experience in Public Practice. You will have or are working toward your CA/CPA with a good academic record. We value integrity, honesty and accountability. You will have strong communication skills and experience in using Xero Tax.

About The Role

As an Intermediate Accountant, you will work closely with our Associate Directors and will be key in delivering high quality services to our clients.

Your duties will include

- Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for a diverse range of clients and entity types.

- Preparing accurate and high-quality communication to clients.

- Assisting with providing advice in relation to various tax matters including GST, capital gains tax and fringe benefits tax.

- Preparing other statutory returns including Fringe Perks Tax, Payroll Tax and STP Reporting.

- Identifying and researching various tax and accounting issues.

- Communicating effectively with clients and liaise with ATO and other government bodies.
