Bigboi is a fast-growing global car care and detailing brand, specialising in premium detailing products, drying technology and electrical equipment. We are looking for a genuine car enthusiast with a passion for car care and detailing to join our growing sales team.

This is more than a traditional sales role. You’ll be speaking with professional detailers, automotive businesses, retailers and enthusiasts, using your product knowledge and passion for car care to build relationships and drive sales.

The Role

- Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts
- Generate new sales through phone, email and customer follow-up
- Follow up leads, quotes and sales opportunities
- Identify upselling, cross-selling and repeat sales opportunities
- Promote new products and product ranges
- Technical Consultation: Answer customer queries, troubleshoot electrical detailing equipment and provide tailored product recommendations
- Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service
- Work towards agreed sales targets
- Work closely with warehouse, logistics and accounts teams

Skills & Qualifications

- Genuine passion for cars, car detailing or motorsport
- Strong understanding of car care, detailing products and equipment
- Good technical understanding of electrical products and equipment,



including motors and pressure/drying equipment
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, outgoing personality
- Comfortable building relationships by phone, email and face-to-face
- Tech-savvy and confident learning platforms such as HubSpot, Shopify, Monday.com and Plytix
- Highly organised with strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a small, agile and rapidly growing team
- Positive attitude and a good sense of humour
- Previous automotive, detailing, wholesale or sales experience highly regarded
