Role Description The Internal Sales Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Sydney Area, responsible for supporting sales operations and customer relationships from the Seven Hills office. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound sales inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role involves maintaining customer records, following up on leads,



and providing product information and technical support in collaboration with senior sales and engineering staff.

The Internal Sales

Coordinator will also assist with pricing updates, stock availability checks, and documentation to support compliance and quality standards. Regular communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders is essential to ensure a smooth sales process and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated Inside Sales and Sales experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Order Processing, including quoting, invoicing, and working with ERP or CRM systems.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn product specifications related to hoses, fittings, and pressure piping systems.
- Competence in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and general computer literacy.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Sydney Area and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, or distribution sectors is beneficial; a relevant qualification in business, sales, or a technical discipline is an advantage.
