Your key accountabilities The core capability requirements for this role are:

Conduct advanced analysis of complex digital evidence, including data flows, system interactions, and the reconstruction of digital activities across diverse platforms and environments.

Provide expert evidence, either in affidavit form or personally in Courts or other tribunals.

Provide oral and/or written briefings to investigators and other stakeholders relating to digital evidence.

Provide assistance in an advisory capacity at interviews or court/tribunal hearings, with emphasis on the digital evidence related aspects of investigations.

Assist in the identification of training needs, and the development and delivery of training programs in relation to digital forensics and associated investigative techniques.





Actively participate in the development of methodology to support digital forensic analysis and implement, manage, and apply problem solving approaches to bring about improved service delivery.

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders and clients.

Note the role may require deployment to crime scenes at short notice and may require state-wide travel.
