THE ROLE

This is a high-impact Investment Manager role with end-to-end exposure across origination, transactions, asset management and investor engagement, with a focus on the Retirement Living sector, where you’ll help shape investment decisions and drive portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities (but not limited to) include:

- Lead financial modelling, investment analysis and capital management decisions
- Identify and assess new real estate investment opportunities
- Manage transaction processes, including acquisitions and capital raising
- Oversee asset performance, valuations and investment outcomes
- Prepare Investment Committee papers, board reporting and investor updates
- Support strategy development through market analysis and insights
- Lead and mentor junior team members across analysis and execution

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

- Degree in Finance, Commerce, Property, Economics or similar




- 8-10+ years’ experience in real estate, IB, corporate finance or consulting
- Strong understanding of the Australian real estate investment market, in particular the Retirement Living sector
- Experience in cash flow modelling, valuations and development feasibility analysis
- Advanced financial modelling and strong numerical capability
- Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
