As our IT & Systems Manager, your core mission will be ensuring all IT infrastructure achieves maximum performance and absolute reliability while maintaining a safe, secure setting across all business systems. Operating in a high-stakes, hands-on capacity, you will take direct command over vendor technologies and industry standards to power our development, business, and production environments without fail.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Infrastructure & Facility Operations: Align operational goals with the strategic vision set by Executive leadership. You will oversee specialized IT systems and physical Data Centre infrastructure, including UPS units, backup generators, air conditioning, fire suppression, fuel supplies, and solar power systems.
- Cloud, Networking & Cybersecurity: Manage highly available virtual environments, GCP cloud deployments, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines. You will maintain physical/virtual networks, firewalls, IAM, and MFA, while enforcing strict cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance standards tailored to the healthcare sector.
- MEDITECH Systems & Standby Availability: Coordinate system installations conforming to MEDITECH-certified standards, manage MAGIC OS and Expanse Systems updates, and incorporate Cloudwave Design and Validation services. You will also oversee 24/7/365 Systems Standby support and manage integrator relationships in accordance with SLAs and RACI matrices.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor,



and empower the IT/Systems team. You will establish clear KPIs, conduct structured onboarding, probation, and annual performance reviews, address skill gaps alongside the Training Department, and participate directly in recruitment.
- Financial & Vendor Governance: Collaborate with senior leadership to plan annual IT budgets, execute cost-benefit analyses, and manage vendor relationships to ensure full compliance with SLAs.

What We Are Looking For

- Education & Experience: An appropriate tertiary qualification combined with at least 5 years of experience in an IT environment, preferably with proven MEDITECH-specific expertise.
- Technical Mastery: Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Excel, alongside deep technical familiarity with GCP, IaC development, RESTful infrastructure, and disaster recovery/backup architectures.
- Leadership & Communication: Authoritative written and verbal communication skills, precise documentation habits, proven conflict resolution capabilities, and the confidence to interact effectively across all management levels.
- Client Centricity: Strong customer focus with a track record of driving long-term customer relationships.

Pay: $150,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year

- Bachelor Degree (Required)

Experience:
- IT and Systems: 5 years (Required)
- Management / Supervisory: 4 years (Required)
- Electronic medical records: 5 years (Preferred)
