IT Manager - Start ASAP (Contract) - Salesforce Experience Required

Our client requires an experienced IT Manager with strong Salesforce administration skills on an urgent basis to maintain continuity across their IT, systems and data environment.

This is a hands-on interim (fixed-term contract) role covering infrastructure, Salesforce administration, Microsoft 365 and website/application management, reporting directly to the CEO.

About the Role

- Full-time, fixed-term contract

- Competitive rate negotiable, dependent on experience

You will maintain the organisation's IT network, cloud systems and core infrastructure; manage cybersecurity, backups and business continuity; act as Salesforce Administrator (reports, dashboards, workflows); administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive); oversee the website/CMS; and be the first point of contact for IT queries and vendor management - keeping things running smoothly with minimal handover time.

About You

- Robust IT and systems management experience

- Proven Salesforce administration experience essential





- Strong Microsoft 365 / SharePoint / cloud infrastructure skills

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable liaising with CEO, staff, Board and external vendors

- Comfortable being hands-on and providing all levels of IT support, from strategic planning through to day-to-day troubleshooting

- Comfortable stepping into an existing environment quickly with minimal ramp-up

- Available immediately
