The Role

As Junior Sales Manager, you'll support the sales team's day-to-day operations while building the skills to lead your own team. You'll work closely with senior sales leadership, manage a small pipeline of accounts, and help shape processes as we scale.

What You'll Do

- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, from prospecting through to close
- Support the Sales Manager with pipeline reporting, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Help onboard and mentor junior sales reps as the team grows




- Identify current business opportunities and contribute to sales strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offers
- Track KPIs and report on performance against targets

What We're Looking For

- 5 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with a genuine interest in leadership
- Comfortable using CRM tools and reporting on metrics
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, or a related technical field is a plus
