Centre is looking for enthusiastic Outdoor Activity Guides to join our growing team.

We are seeking passionate Outdoor Activity Guides to join our close-knit team to lead and supervise a range of outdoor based programs catering predominately to school aged participants. Several casual positions are currently available, with opportunity for fixed term contracted employment in the future.

- Casual, 0 hours per week position

Wesley Vocational

Institute, in partnerships with The Tops,



delivers a Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership (SIS30619) with 2 intakes annually).

- Available to work across 7 days a week

- Hold a current First Aid Certificate (preferable)

- Hold a valid Working with Children’s Check

- Eager to engage participants with program outcomes.

- Have a learning mindset and be a solid communicator.

- Have a commitment to safety.

- Have an adaptable, encouraging, positive personality
