This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, Business Systems Coordinator, or CRM-focused delivery professional to step into a visible role supporting the delivery of important customer, sales, service, and broader business-technology initiatives.

The immediate focus will be on CRM-related projects, including implementation, enhancement, integration, data, process improvement, user adoption, and business readiness activities. Experience with HubSpot will be highly regarded, although candidates with exposure to other CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar are also encouraged to apply.

The Opportunity

You will help coordinate CRM and technology initiatives from planning through to implementation, working across business teams, technology teams, and third-party providers. You will gain exposure to project governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, testing, training, reporting, and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of CRM, business systems, and wider technology-transformation projects.
- Coordinate project plans, milestones, schedules, actions, dependencies, RAID logs, and project documentation.
- Assist with the delivery of CRM implementation, enhancement, integration, migration, and process-improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements, coordinate workshops, document actions, and maintain clear communication.




- Coordinate internal IT teams, business users, external vendors, implementation partners, and software providers.
- Prepare project status reports, steering-committee packs, meeting agendas, minutes, action registers, and updates for stakeholders.
- Track project risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and change requests, escalating where required.
- Support project financial administration, including purchase orders, vendor deliverables, invoicing, accruals, contracts, and Statements of Work.
- Assist with testing coordination, user acceptance testing, training planning, communications, cutover, and go-live readiness.
- Help drive stakeholder engagement and user adoption across CRM and business-system changes.

You will bring

- Experience in a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, PMO Coordinator, Business Systems Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar technology-delivery role.
- Exposure to delivering or supporting CRM projects, including implementations, upgrades, integrations, process improvements, data activities, or user-adoption initiatives.
- Experience with HubSpot will be highly regarded.
- Experience with other CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar will also be valuable.
- Strong organisational skills,



with the ability to manage multiple actions, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
- Experience maintaining project plans, RAID logs, action registers, status reports, meeting minutes, and governance documentation.
- Confidence coordinating workshops, stakeholder meetings, vendor discussions, and project updates.
- An understanding of project-delivery fundamentals, including scope, schedule, risk, issue management, dependencies, testing, change, and go-live preparation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the confidence to follow up, challenge constructively, and keep work moving.
