- Build positive relationships with children, families, and educators
- Provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Availability for flexible relief shifts as required
About you
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent approved qualification)
- Current Working with Children Check (and any other relevant checks required in your state/territory)
- Experience working in an early childhood education setting is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and child-centred learning practices
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and educators
- Confidence working as part of a team and adapting to different classroom environments
- Commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
