BBQ-K Brimbank, a Korean BBQ & Hot Pot Buffet in Box Hill, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the kitchen, dishwashing area and storage areas clean and organised
- Assisting with basic food preparation when required
- Restocking kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Removing rubbish and following cleaning schedules
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Supporting chefs and other kitchen team members during busy service periods
Requirements
- Previous kitchen hand experience is preferred but not essential
- Reliable, punctual and able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Good teamwork and a positive attitude
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- Full working rights in Australia
Full time and part-time positions are available. Pay will be in accordance with the applicable award, with rates depending on experience and employment conditions. To apply, please send your résumé and availability.
