We’re looking for an energetic Kitchen Hand with some cooking experience to support our chefs and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

About the Role

- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking (grilling, assembling dishes, prepping ingredients)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen
- Wash dishes and help with daily setup and pack down
- Support the team during busy service times

About You

- Some kitchen or cooking experience preferred (Mexican or similar cuisine a bonus!)
- Reliable, hard-working, and a great team player
- Able to work nights and weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
