About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Casual Kitchen Hand / Customer Service Team Member to join our friendly team. This role includes supporting kitchen operations, serving customers and helping maintain a clean and well-presented store.
- Weekday and weekend shifts
- Junior applicants welcome
- Kitchen experience preferred but not essential
- Training is provided
Key Responsibilities
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Taking orders and processing transactions
- Assisting with food preparation and packaging
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Restocking products and supplies
- Following food safety and workplace procedures
- Supporting team members as required
About You We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Friendly and confident when dealing with customers
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Flexible and available for weekday and weekend shifts
Previous kitchen, retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided.
