- Experience using commercial grade knives Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes Strong work ethic and flexibility to work alone or as part of a small team Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Preferred: A minimum of 6 months food handling experience.
