About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced support worker in Sunshine and surrounds to join our growing care team.
Work available Mon - Fri. Some of your tasks will include:
Assisting clients/participants with daily living activities (including personal care)
Providing companionship and emotional support
Making the client feel safe, heard and respected
Providing transport and community access
Provide domestic assistance as needed
About You We are seeking caring, friendly, compassionate,
people-focused individuals with strong communication skills who want a career that truly makes a difference in the lives of others. You will also have:
Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Disability (required)
Medication trained (desirable)
Experience with complex care in disability
Understanding of professional boundaries within the support work scope
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
CPR and First Aid certifications
Your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance and a Victorian Driver License
