This role supports the day to day running of the company's state logistics network, working alongside Delivery Service Provider (DSP) partners, offline outlets and the last-mile delivery team. You'll help keep service quality on track, make sure partners are following the standards already in place, and flag issues early so they can be resolved quickly.

Open to anyone with background in warehousing, logistics, transport, or similar.

n

Full training is provided, and you'll have a supervisor supporting you every step of the way as you build your skills.

Key Responsibilities

n

Support the onboarding of new DSP partners, helping them understand and follow existing service, process, safety and compliance requirements

n

Help manage the DSP partner relationship day to day, from onboarding through to regular check-ins, using a simple KPI framework covering on time delivery, exception rate, complaints and compliance

n

Keep an eye on network coverage and capacity,



flagging gaps or bottlenecks to your supervisor for review

n

Track core network KPIs, help investigate the causes behind delays or non-compliance, and support the team in following through on fixes

n

Assist with day to day outlet and DSP operations across sorting, loading, transport and last-mile delivery, helping to manage and reduce damage, loss and misdelivery

n

Take part in regular inspections of outlets and DSP partners, helping confirm safety and compliance standards are being met

n

Contribute to monthly and quarterly network performance reporting

n

Liaise with operations, sales and IT colleagues on network issues as they come up

n

About You

n

Back ground in logistics, warehouse, transport or express delivery experience

n

Comfortable working with data and happy to learn how to read KPIs and spot issues

n

A team player with good communication skills across different departments

n

Fluent business English required. Bilingual English and Mandarin a strong advantage

n
