Job Description

West Recruitment is recruiting for a Country Operations Manager for an Australian importer/distributor based in Mascot. You will lead a small, high-performing team across customer service, logistics, inventory, quality and admin, with autonomy to influence day-to-day operations and long-term results.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll oversee inbound/outbound logistics, 3PL performance, and local finance administration, while travelling to the Sydney 3PL warehouse periodically and
