Shepherds Landscapes is a growing landscaping company based in Kemps Creek, servicing new residential developments and private landscaping projects throughout Western and South-Western Sydney.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Landscaper / Leading Hand to join our growing team.

n

About the Role

n

We are looking for someone who can confidently set out and run landscaping projects, read plans and lead a team from start to finish.

n

You will be responsible for ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard, on time and safely.

n

Skills & Experience Required

n

n
- Relevant landscaping qualifications and solid industry experience
n
- Current NSW Driver Licence
n
- Ability to drive a manual vehicle
n
- Proven experience setting out landscaping jobs
n
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans
n
- Experience running and supervising a team
n
- Experience in:
n
- Retaining walls
n
- Paving
n
- Planting
n
- Turfing
n
- General landscaping
n
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for completing jobs to a high standard
n
- Good communication and organisational skills
n
- Punctual, reliable and well presented
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
n

n

Preferred – But Not Essential

n

n
- Excavator operating experience
n
- Truck licence
n
- Experience working on residential new-home landscaping projects
n




- We are also looking for experienced subcontractor landscaping teams who are capable of taking on complete landscaping projects.
n

n

This is an excellent opportunity for established teams looking for consistent work and the ability to be paid per completed job rather than hourly.

- Experienced landscaping team

- Ability to read plans and set out jobs

- Own tools and equipment preferred
n
- Ability to complete projects to a high standard
n
- Reliable and punctual
n
- Valuable communication and professionalism
n
- Appropriate licences, insurances and business requirements
n
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines
n

Subcontractor teams will have the opportunity to take on projects at an agreed price per job, with weekly payments for completed work in accordance with agreed payment terms.

n

We have ongoing work available for the right teams and are looking to build long-term working relationships with reliable subcontractors.
