About the Role

n

Assist with property listings, marketing materials and client communications.

n

Support prospecting activities, including identifying potential vendors and buyers and assisting with follow-up and lead generation.

n

Coordinate appointments, open for inspections and other sales-related activities.

n

Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.

n

Liaise with vendors, buyers and other stakeholders to help ensure smooth transactions.

n

Provide day-to-day support to the sales team and assist with building and maintaining client relationships.

n

About You

n

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

n

Previous experience in real estate, sales or administration is an advantage.

n

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-performance environment.

n

A positive, proactive and can-do attitude.

n

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

n

A valid Agent's Representative Certificate is required.
