You will supervise subcontractors, inspect properties, and ensure works meet safety, quality, and contractual requirements while coordinating with tenants and client representatives.

This site-based role requires a trade background, solid communication, WHS knowledge, and the ability to work independently yet stay connected to a supportive team, with regular travel
