Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present fresh, high-quality meals for residents and staff

Assist with bulk meal preparation and daily kitchen operations

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen adhering to food safety standards

Prepare texture-modified meals with care and attention to detail

Desired Skills and Experience About You

Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

Experience in a commercial kitchen (aged care experience desirable)

Strong communication, time management, and ability to work independently

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for great food

Requirements

Current year Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check prior to commencement
