Providing exceptional customer service Managing crowd control and patron interactions Monitoring and responding to incidents Maintaining clear and professional radio communication De-escalating situations calmly and confidently in high-pressure environments To be successful in this role, you must have:





A valid Security Licence with Crowd Control Certificate II in Security Operations or higher Current First Aid & CPR Full Australian working rights Excellent verbal communication skills A confident, skilled, and calm approach under pressure Strong customer service experience Must be willing to travel across Melbourne event locations You must be available for:
