We are seeking a Registered Migration Agent to join our Sydney team on a full-time or part-time basis. You will manage student, skilled, partner, family, and visitor visa matters while providing skilled and compliant migration advice.

Key responsibilities

n

Provide migration advice and assess client eligibility

n

Prepare and lodge visa applications and submissions

n

Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs

n

Advise on skills assessments, points tests, and visa pathways

n

Maintain accurate client and compliance records

n

Stay updated with migration law and policy changes

n

Conduct professional client consultations

n

About you

n

Current Registered Migration Agent registration in good standing

n

Experience preparing and lodging Australian visa applications

n





Strong knowledge of Australian migration law and processes

n

Excellent communication and attention to detail

n

Ability to manage a caseload independently

n

Education/migration agency experience highly regarded

n

Full-time salary: $80,000-$100,000 per year + superannuation + commission, depending on experience
