Job Description

We are looking for reliable, hands‐on Cultivation Technicians to join our growing team at a highly regulated cultivation and manufacturing facility in the Greater Ipswich region.

Working as part of our Cultivation team, you will support the day‐to‐day care and maintenance of plants within a controlled growing environment while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, safety, security and compliance.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

n

Assist with planting, plant care, pruning, training and general crop maintenance.

n

Monitor plant health and identify and report issues or changes.

n

Support irrigation, feeding and environmental management activities as trained.

n

Assist with harvesting and crop changeover activities when required.

n

Follow documented procedures, work instructions and hygiene requirements.

n

Complete accurate cultivation, production and traceability records.

n

Maintain clean, organised and compliant growing and work areas.

ABOUT YOU

n

We are looking for people who:

n

Have experience working with plants, horticulture, nurseries, agriculture or commercial growing environments.

n

Are reliable, practical and comfortable undertaking hands‐on work.

n

Have strong attention to detail and can follow procedures consistently.

n





Are comfortable working in controlled growing environments and undertaking physically active and repetitive tasks.

n

Understand the importance of hygiene, quality and accurate record keeping.

n

Work well as part of a team and take pride in maintaining high standards.

n

Experience in commercial horticulture, protected cropping, nurseries, agriculture or another regulated production environment will be highly regarded.
