Geosurv is looking for experienced Civil Labourers to join our growing Utility Investigations & Maintenance team.

You will work across a range of major infrastructure, utility and maintenance projects throughout NSW, with consistent work, overtime opportunities and the chance to develop your skills across Geosurv's broader Utilities Network.

This is a hands‐on role suited to someone with experience in civil construction, roadworks, utilities, excavation or reinstatement who takes pride in doing the job properly and safely.

About the Opportunity

Geosurv is looking for experienced Civil Labourers to join our growing Utility Investigations & Maintenance team.

n

You will work across a range of major infrastructure, utility and maintenance projects throughout NSW, with consistent work, overtime opportunities and the chance to develop your skills across Geosurv's broader Utilities Network.

This is a hands‐on role suited to someone with experience in civil construction, roadworks, utilities, excavation or reinstatement who takes pride in doing the job properly and safely.

What You Will Be Doing

n

n
- Support NDD crews with excavation, breakout and utility investigation works
n
- Complete backfilling, compaction and site reinstatement
n
- Carry out concrete, asphalt and paving repairs and reinstatement
n
- Safely operate road saws, concrete coring equipment, jackhammers, compactors and other civil equipment
n
- Assist with site establishment, preparation and pack-up
n
- Work closely with NDD operators, supervisors and other crew members to deliver quality outcomes
n

What We Are Looking For

n

We are looking for people who are comfortable working in a hands‐on civil environment and can bring:

n

- Previous experience in civil construction, utilities, roadworks or infrastructure
n




- Experience completing concrete and/or asphalt reinstatement
n
- Confidence using common civil construction tools and equipment
n
- Experience working around excavation and underground services
n
- A strong understanding of site safety requirements
n
- Good attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
n
- A reliable, hardworking and team‐focused attitude
n
- Willingness to work overtime when required
n

- HR Driver Licence
n
- White Card
n
- Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual work
n
- Reliable and safety‐focused approach to work
