About the role

We are seeking an experienced parts interpreter to join the team and have a real impact on both short and long term goals. This is a great opportunity to join an independently owned business at an exciting time, and will offer real opportunities to grow your career as the business expands.

Duties
n
n
- Interpret, source, and order heavy vehicle truck parts through OEM dealerships and aftermarket suppliers
n
- Support workshop technicians by managing parts availability, technical information, and urgent requirements
n
- Manage supplier relationships, delivery timelines, backorders, and hard-to-findcomponentsourcing
n
- Assistwith inventory control, stock management, andmaintainingaccurateparts records and system updates
n
- Liaise with internal workshop staff daily to ensure workshop jobs progress efficiently and on time
n
n
Skills and experience
n
n
- Previous truck or heavy vehicle parts interpreting experience within dealership, workshop,
or aftermarket environments preferred
n
- Experience using OEM and aftermarket truck parts catalogue systems with strong computer and systems skills
n
- Strongorganisational, communication, and multitasking abilities in a quick-paced workshop environment
n
- Proactive, accountable, and team-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Parts Manager experience highly regarded but not essential for experienced Parts Interpreter candidates
n
