We are looking for a reliable team player to join us as a part time Admin & Customer Service Assistant - 3 hours per day, 5 days per week (15 hours/week)

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day — supporting customers, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and helping the wider team stay on top of admin tasks. Key Responsibilities

n

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, friendly manner

n

Process orders and update records accordingly

n

Maintain and organise digital files, spreadsheets, and databases

n

Manage Accounts Receivable and follow up outstanding payments

n

Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office administration

n

Handle basic troubleshooting and escalat more complex issues to the right person

n

Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed

n

What You'll Need to Succeed

n

Strong written and verbal communication skills

n

Comfortable using email, spreadsheets (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets), and basic office software

n

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

n

Good attention to detail and organisational skills

n

Previous customer service or admin experience preferred but not essential
