Our Client is a leading interior design and workplace consultancy, working with some of Australia's most significant corporate and government clients. With a growing portfolio of major commissions across Australia and internationally, they are looking for an experienced Studio Manager to join their Sydney team.

This is a key role within a creative studio of approximately 30 people, offering the prospect to shape how the studio operates, supports its people and evolves its culture.

The Role

n

Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the smooth day-to-day running of the studio.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing studio operations, facilities, suppliers and office environment
n
- Supporting senior leadership with diaries, meetings, travel and administration
n
- Coordinating staff onboarding, leave and performance review processes
n
- Planning team, client and industry events and supporting studio culture
n
- Managing office systems
n
- Supporting finance functions using Xero
n
- Coordinating WHS, insurance and other compliance requirements
n




- Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve systems and processes
n
- Managing and supporting the studio administration team
n

About You

n

You will be a highly organised, proactive and personable Studio or Office Manager who enjoys being the person that makes everything work, wearing multiple hats.

n

Ideally, you will have:

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in studio or office management
n
- Experience within architecture, interior design, creative or related industries
n
- Strong executive support and organisational skills
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Experience coordinating people, events and studio operations
n
- A genuine interest in creating a positive, collaborative studio culture
n
