Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland organisation to recruit an experienced Technical Lead for an initial six month contract with potential extension. The role is based in Brisbane CBD with hybrid working arrangements.

The organisation is currently undertaking procurement for a new enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance platform that will become a key part of its broader technology environment.

You will initially support the solution architecture and high level design before transitioning into technical delivery.

Working closely with the selected vendor and internal technology teams, you will oversee detailed design and implementation and ensure the solution aligns with the agreed architecture.

Key areas of responsibility will include enterprise integrations, APIs, IAM, workflows, technical assurance and coordinating the internal technical services required to successfully implement the platform.





We’re looking for someone with:

- Strong experience as a Technical Lead, Technical Architect or technically focused Solution Architect
- Previous experience with GRC, risk, compliance or similar enterprise platforms
- Strong solution design experience across high level and detailed design
- Strong enterprise integration experience across APIs, IAM, workflows and connected systems
- Experience overseeing vendor led implementations and providing technical assurance through delivery
- Experience across GRC platforms such as ServiceNow IRM, Protecht, OneTrust, Archer or 6clicks would be highly regarded, however the specific platform is less significant than broader GRC systems experience.
- If you have strong technical delivery and architecture experience within GRC or enterprise risk platforms, we’d be keen to hear from you.
