Apex Display is an established Australian manufacturer and supplier of retail display and shopfitting systems, helping retailers create better stores for more than 50 years.

We're looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our Brisbane team.

n

This is a genuine B2B sales role working across existing customers, incoming enquiries and new opportunities. You'll build relationships, understand what customers need, prepare solutions and follow opportunities through to an order.

n

This isn't a call-centre role and you won't be reading from a script.

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Responding to genuine incoming sales enquiries
n
- Building relationships with existing customers
n
- Reconnecting with previous customers and developing new accounts
n
- Preparing quotes, proposals and product solutions
n
- Following up opportunities and keeping conversations moving
n
- Negotiating pricing and turning opportunities into orders
n
- Managing your sales pipeline through our CRM and ERP systems
n
- Working with our sales, design, production and warehouse teams to deliver a great customer experience
n

Who we're looking for

n

You'll ideally have experience in internal sales, account management,



B2B sales or another customer-facing sales role.

n

More importantly, you'll be confident talking to customers, comfortable picking up the phone and persistent enough to follow opportunities through rather than simply sending a quote and waiting.

n

You'll be organised, confident and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once.

n

Experience in shopfitting, manufacturing or retail supply is not required, we'll teach you the products and industry.
