Dental Assistant – Casual Position with Permanent Potential!

Admire Dentistry is looking for TWO SUPERSTAR DENTAL ASSISTANTS to join our team!

Two Casual Positions Available

Position 1 – Approximately 36 hours per week
Position 2 – Approximately 21 hours per week

Both positions are casual to start, with potential to become permanent for the right person.

We work in a purpose-built, four-surgery modern space in Arana Hills that reflects our commitment to quality, comfort, and calm. With a dedicated team of Dentists and Oral Health Therapists, we provide everything from preventive care to aesthetic treatments — taking a whole-person approach grounded in communication, compassion and professionalism every step of the way.

We’re now looking for two Dental Assistants to join our wonderful team!

About the Roles

Whether you’re an experienced Dental Assistant or completely new to dentistry, we’d love to hear from you!

For the right people, full training and support will be provided. If you’re caring, enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity to start or continue your career in dentistry.

- Chairside assisting
- Supporting our hygiene department
- Maintaining a clean and organised clinical environment




- Providing a warm and welcoming experience for our patients
- Working closely with our Dentists, Oral Health Therapists and wider team
- Occasional front desk support

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Genuinely cares about people and making patients feel comfortable
- Is enthusiastic about learning and growing
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Is a team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit team
- Has great attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Has good communication skills
- Has reliable transport and full Australian work rights
- Dental assisting experience is welcomed but not essential — we’ll train the right person!
