You'll be responsible for managing new and existing customer enquiries, building relationships and converting opportunities into bookings. This role is within a premium, established business in the aesthetics industry, operating from a beautiful modern location on the Gold Coast.

Key responsibilities

- Responding to new customer enquiries
n
- Calling and following up prospective customers
n
- Converting enquiries into consultations and bookings
n
- Reconnecting with existing and past customers
n
- Following up customers who have expressed interest but haven't booked
n
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via messages
n
- Maintaining accurate notes and follow-up activities
n
- Working towards achievable sales and booking targets
n

About you
n

- Confident, warm and engaging on the phone
n
- Experienced in phone sales and customer service
n
- Experienced in a premium customer service workplace
n
- Professional and well presented
n
- Naturally persuasive without being pushy
n
- Highly organised and excellent with follow-ups
n
- Motivated by targets, bonuses and achieving results
n
- Positive, reliable and proactive
n
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, medical, hospitality, luxury retail or other premium service industries would be highly regarded
n
- Approx. 24 hours per week, 5 days. More hours if required.
