About the role

n

You'll be responsible for leading traffic management crews across a range of civil and construction projects throughout Melbourne.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Leading and coordinating traffic control crews
n
- Setting up and maintaining traffic management sites
n
- Ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
n
- Following Traffic Management Plans and site requirements
n
- Supervising your crew and maintaining high standards
n
- Liaising with supervisors, clients and other site personnel
n
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety requirements
n

About you

n





We're looking for an experienced Traffic Team Leader who is:

n

n
- Experienced in traffic management and crew leadership
n
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
n
- Confident communicating with crews, supervisors and clients
n
- Able to work across Melbourne CBD and South-East Melbourne
n
- Well presented and professional
n
- Hold relevant Victorian traffic management qualifications (MUST HAVE TMI2)
n
- Hold a current Victorian Driver License
n
- Hold a White Card
n
